Component Rebuild Center (CRC)
In our CRC, we repair and completely rebuild front wheel-suspension assemblies of Komatsu and Caterpillar trucks, pump housings, bearing housings, injector bodies of hydraulic power units.

For more than 10 years we have been recovering various components with a reliability of 99.4% of our work.
Our equipment:
We have 4 working bays equipped with 2 jib cranes of 3 tns capacity. To handle larger components we have a 16 tns and 5 tns bridge crane. To complete the processes, we have a washing and painting area, pneumatic and hydraulic tools and a pneumatic and hydraulic tools and test bench.
Quality assurance:
We are the only company in Peru with our own facilities and equipment that integrates all processes: disassembly, evaluation, parts replacement, component recovery, electrolytic hard chrome plating and assembly. We also ensure the quality/provenance of the spare parts we use.
We have an integral repair system for mining and hydroelectric equipment components.
