Oleohydraulic Rebuid Center (0RC)
In our ORC, we repair and completely rebuild suspension rods of CAT and KOMATSU wheels as well as all types of hydraulic cylinders of mining equipment.
Our equipment:
We are the only Peruvian company that operates an INTEGRAL SYSTEM of eco-friendly electrolytic hard chrome COLCO brand, with 2 vats with capacity to chrome diameters up to 600 mm and length up to 6000 mm, a CNC burnisher, 5000 psi test bench, hydraulic nutbuster, polishing machine and 2 work bays with jib crane of 3 tons capacity.
Quality assurance:
We use original or aftermarket spare parts, this added to the care in the processes is evidenced in the percentage of warranties assumed of less than 0.5% on the 125 front suspensions of Komatsu 930 and CAT 797 and 793 trucks.
We have the only INTEGRAL SYSTEM of eco-friendly chrome in Peru.
